I had a real person from Berks Plumbing Specialists answer the phone. I explained what had happened. He assured me that someone would be at my home by 9 am. They arrived as promised at 9 am. When I answered the door, the guy said I'm Mike from Berks Plumbing and extended his had and we shook hands. Mike was very professional and told me what was wrong and they could fix it. I told him I would have to get the money together and would be in touch. He would have done it that day had I gotten back to him but it was after 5 pm till I got back and Mike said they would be here after 8 am. Shortly after 8 am, another plumber from the company showed up. We shook hands as well. He and another plumber replaced our well tank and took the old tank away and cleaned everything up before they left. They also fixed our one toilet. I had never dealt with Berks Plumbing Specialists before, but if I ever need plumbing work done, Berks Plumbing Specialists would be my choice. I would highly recommend them. Mike especially goes above & beyond to make sure his clients are fully satisfied with the job completed.... read more I’ve had two emergencies occur in my home twice now (burst pipe that flooded the basement and more recently the bathroom floor caved in due to a slow seeping leak that’s now been repaired) and Mike was quick to respond & quick to fix the issues both times, even though the floor issue happened on a Sunday (we spoke Sunday evening & he was here first thing Monday morning). Blake and Ethan did a fantastic job repairing the pipes while Kyle demoed and rebuilt my bathroom floor to perfection. Kyle even helped pick out new tile for it, and I like it a lot better than the old one! Mike, Blake, Ethan, and Kyle are exceptional men. I will never use a different plumbing company than this one.
