John H arrived quickly to repair our sewer pump issue. Clean and polite service.
Stephanie, initial phone contact, was the bright and calming voice needed in an emergency.
Thank you!

Communicated well. Diagnosed my issues and replaced the unit in the same day. The workers were courteous and respectful. They answered my questions, and kept the area clean and did a good job cleaning up.

We had several issues that needed some plumbing work. We read reviews and contacted Berks Plumbing at literally 6 something in the morning. Within five minutes we reveived a reply and within the hour Mike arrived and assessed the issues. Within another hour Jared arrived and took care of everything. Both were extremely friendly, professional and upfront with what was needed and costs. All questions were answered and Jared made sure we were knowledgeable and happy with the work. Would definitely recommend if you need any plumbing services.
Have had Berks Plumbing out a couple of times since initial post and as usual am very satisfied with their work. They respond quickly, complete the work professionally, and are a pleasure to work with. Have had Jose R a couple of times and he is very personable and gets the job done quickly and with great results. Berks Plumbing is certainly my go to service when I need plumbing work. Would highly recommend.

When our septic grinder failed we gave them a call, the same day they came over for a consult. The next day their workers were quick, efficient and made sure everything was running the way it should. Very professional and experienced I would highly recommend!

Had major sewer clog & got excellent service, but it would have been nice if they would have brought a shop vac with to clean up mess in basement after unclogging it … felt was alittle pricey for work done ..but happy it was done quick & easy !!
