Everyone was courteous and professional in their work. They did a great deal of work on my problem and now everything is working perfectly. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair in their home to use this service. Their excellent work that was provided was done in a timely manner. Not only that they went above and beyond to help me in my dilemma. The customers that were scheduled helped me out by allowing Reading Plumbing Specialist to push back their project one day. I thank those people as well for all their help in this emergency. I am one happy camper.

Fast efficient service. From when we started shopping around, to the finish of the job. Travis and Jose we're very respectful, on time and knowledgeable. The office staff was very quick to answer questions and to get back to us with an
Install date. The price was competitive as well.
Thanks again for the great job. Well done!

Came out and told me the whole heat system needed replacement at 11k. Got a second opinion, and it was one wire that needed replaced. The other company fixed both AC and heat in less than an hour. Idk how they have the reviews they have with this sort of dishonesty. Down right robbing people!

John H arrived quickly to repair our sewer pump issue. Clean and polite service.
Stephanie, initial phone contact, was the bright and calming voice needed in an emergency.
Thank you!

Communicated well. Diagnosed my issues and replaced the unit in the same day. The workers were courteous and respectful. They answered my questions, and kept the area clean and did a good job cleaning up.
